1. Program Description
MJ University LLC operates an SMS messaging program used to schedule and confirm strategy calls, respond to inquiries, deliver customer care and account notifications, and — where you have separately opted in — send marketing and promotional messages about our marketing consulting programs.
2. Consent / Opt-In
By texting or providing your phone number to MJ University LLC, you consent to receive SMS text messages from us, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. You may opt in by providing your number through our website chat widget (where you must actively consent before submitting), by texting us first, or by verbally providing your number during a call. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You may receive up to 10 messages per month.
4. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
5. Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To rejoin, sign up again as described above.

7. Carriers & Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier.
8. Privacy
